The receipt of your order depends on picking and shipment tasks.

If you realize that the parcel is faulty upon receipt, please make sure that the carrier has taken cognizance of it and express a reservation with the carrier, then inform us within 24 hours. If you would like to return or exchange a product you ordered online, please contact our customer service by clicking here. Insofar as your return is granted, a return number will be issued. We will email you a return sheet to print, fill and then join to your parcel, explaining the exact reason of your return and desired solution. Please note that the return shipment of products is the customer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend that you send return items by registered mail with an insurance that allows you to track your shipment.
